Telephone calls are answered personally (weekdays between noon and 6:30pm.) Your free telephone consultation will not be time-limited nor will you be directed to a law clerk, junior lawyer, paralegal or to a consultant. If your call is not answered, please do leave a brief message with your name and telephone number as I endeavour to return all calls within 8 business hours.
I would be happy to discuss with you the background and merits of your claim or appeal as well as your rights, your entitlement to further benefits, potential settlement amounts, appeal options and any other concerns that you might have.
I offer a selection of competitive payment options which range from hourly rates to contingency arrangements where the amount paid is proportionate to the results achieved. I do not maintain costly office space, expensive promotional campaigns or secretarial/paralegal staff. Reduced overhead costs are directly passed on to my clients.
